General License for Use

You may install, use, access, display and run any number of copies of the Mac HelpMate program (the "SOFTWARE") on any number of computers, such as workstations, terminals, or other devices.

Redistribution

You may NOT redistribute this software or any component thereof via a public server of any kind, including but not limited to http (web) servers on the Internet.

Storage, Copying, and Network Use

You may store any number of copies of the SOFTWARE on a storage device, such as a network server or other backup mediums such as CD-ROM discs and external hard drives.

Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except and only to the extent that such activity is permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Rental

You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE.
